Billing and your subscription

Everything about your plan lives in Settings under Billing & Usage. That's where you can see your current plan, track your usage, upgrade to Pro, and manage your subscription.

Free vs Pro

The Free plan is the full product — not a trial. It includes unlimited tasks with priorities and Kanban boards, rich notes, two-way Google Calendar sync, a contacts CRM, goals, habits, block linking, and a monthly allowance of AI chat messages with Flo.

Pro removes the AI cap, giving you unlimited AI chat messages plus priority access to new AI features as they ship. For current pricing, see the pricing page.

Check your usage

The Usage & Limits section at the top of Billing & Usage shows your current usage against your plan's limits. Usage resets based on the billing period shown for each feature, so you can always see how much of your AI allowance is left.

Upgrade to Pro

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar
  2. Select Billing & Usage
  3. On the Pro plan card, click Upgrade to Pro
  4. Complete checkout with your payment details

Pro is billed month-to-month with no annual lock-in, and you can cancel anytime.

Manage or cancel your subscription

If you're on Pro, the same card shows a Manage Subscription button. Clicking it opens a secure billing portal where you can update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel. Your renewal date — or, if you've cancelled, the date your Pro access ends — is shown right on the plan card.

When a subscription is cancelled, Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves back to the Free plan. Your data is never affected by changing plans.
