What Flo can do

Flo works across your whole workspace. Anything you can do by clicking around Gridflo, you can usually just ask for — in one message, in plain language.

Answer questions about your workspace

Ask Flo about your tasks, calendar events, notes, people, habits, or goals, and it will look up the real items before answering. Try things like "What's overdue?", "When did I last talk to Lisa?", or "How is my running habit going?"

Get a daily summary

Ask "What's my daily summary?" and Flo pulls together today's calendar events, priority tasks, overdue and due-today tasks, overdue contacts, upcoming birthdays, and your active goals in one briefing.

Create and update items

  • Tasks: create, update, complete, or delete tasks — including in bulk. Flo understands scheduling ("today", "tomorrow", "this week", "someday"), priorities, statuses, and tags, and can set reminders and manage projects. See Tasks & Projects.
  • Calendar: create, update, or delete events, and auto-schedule tasks into open time slots. See Calendar.
  • People: add or update contacts, log interactions like calls, meetings, emails, and texts, add notes about a person, and find contacts you're overdue to reach out to. See People.
  • Goals and habits: create and update goals (lifetime, annual, or monthly), manage habits and log entries, and link habits to the goals they support. See Habits & Goals.
  • Notes: create, update, or delete notes. See Notes.

Before creating something new, Flo checks for similar existing items so you don't end up with duplicates.

Search the web

For questions that go beyond your workspace, Flo can search the web and answer with links to its sources.

You approve sensitive actions

Some actions — like deleting a contact or changing your calendar sync settings — always pause for your confirmation. Flo shows a request in the chat with Approve and Deny buttons, and nothing happens until you choose.

As you chat, Flo also builds up memories about your preferences and goals — learn more in AI memories.
