How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the Gridflo sign-in page
  2. Click "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email
  5. Click the link in the email and set a new password

If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. The reset link expires after a short time, so be sure to use it promptly.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Sign in to your Gridflo account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Click on the Security section
  4. Click on the "Delete Account" section
  5. Click "Delete Account" and confirm

Deleting your account will permanently remove all of your data, including tasks, notes, habits, and any other content. This action cannot be undone.

  • In-app feedback: Use the built-in feedback and support option within the Gridflo app to send us a message directly
  • Email: Send an email to hello@gridflo.app with the email address you use for your Gridflo account so we can locate your account quickly
