Delete your account
You can delete your Gridflo account at any time from Settings. Before you do, please read this carefully: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data — tasks, notes, contacts, habits, goals, projects, schedules, chat history, settings, and any other content. Before you confirm, Gridflo shows you a summary of exactly what will be removed. Once deleted, none of it can be recovered — by you or by us.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your Gridflo account
- Open Settings from the sidebar
- Select Security under Account
- Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom and click Delete My Account
- Review the summary of data that will be deleted, then type your email address to confirm
- Click Delete Account Permanently
After deletion you'll be signed out and returned to the sign-in page. The action takes effect immediately.
Before you go
- If you built up data you'd like to keep, consider saving a copy before deleting — once the account is gone, it can't be restored
- If you're deleting because of a problem with the app, we'd love the chance to fix it first — email hello@gridflo.app or use the in-app feedback option
- If you only want to stop paying, you don't need to delete your account — you can cancel Pro and keep using the Free plan. See Billing and your subscription
