Delete your account

You can delete your Gridflo account at any time from Settings. Before you do, please read this carefully: deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data — tasks, notes, contacts, habits, goals, projects, schedules, chat history, settings, and any other content. Before you confirm, Gridflo shows you a summary of exactly what will be removed. Once deleted, none of it can be recovered — by you or by us.

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in to your Gridflo account
  2. Open Settings from the sidebar
  3. Select Security under Account
  4. Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom and click Delete My Account
  5. Review the summary of data that will be deleted, then type your email address to confirm
  6. Click Delete Account Permanently

After deletion you'll be signed out and returned to the sign-in page. The action takes effect immediately.

Before you go

  • If you built up data you'd like to keep, consider saving a copy before deleting — once the account is gone, it can't be restored
  • If you're deleting because of a problem with the app, we'd love the chance to fix it first — email hello@gridflo.app or use the in-app feedback option
  • If you only want to stop paying, you don't need to delete your account — you can cancel Pro and keep using the Free plan. See Billing and your subscription

Still need help? Use the in-app feedback option or email hello@gridflo.app.
