AI Inbox
AI Inbox turns your email into action. Once you connect Gmail, Flo reviews incoming emails and suggests relevant next steps — like creating a task from a request, adding a new contact, or capturing a note — so nothing important slips through.
Connecting Gmail
- Open AI Inbox from the sidebar
- Click Connect Gmail
- Sign in with Google and grant access
- Gridflo syncs your recent emails and starts generating suggestions
Reviewing suggestions
Suggestions are grouped by email thread, so related ideas from the same conversation stay together. Each suggestion card shows what Flo proposes — for example a new task with a title and due date, or a new person to add to People — along with the email it came from. For each suggestion you can:
- Click Apply to accept it — the task, note, or contact is created immediately
- Click Dismiss to skip it — nothing is created
Your inbox syncs automatically when you open the page, and you can click Refresh (or Sync Emails when you're all caught up) to check for new mail at any time.
Tuning what gets reviewed
Click the settings icon in the AI Inbox header to open AI Inbox Settings. From there you can ignore specific senders — either an exact email address or an entire domain — so newsletters and automated mail never generate suggestions.
If the connection expires
If your Gmail authorization expires, AI Inbox shows a Gmail Connection Lost notice. Click Reconnect Gmail to pick up where you left off.
